Very seamless experience from booking to ride

The communication after booking and the further organization up to the pick-up totally met our expectations. The balloon flight with the pilot and his crew was fantastic, as he flew around the rocks in the valleys safely and with centimeter precision. We hadn't expected to be able to touch them. In the end, we touched down on the trailer with confidence despite the difficult landing conditions. Many thanks for the great experience.

Excellent punctuality, friendly treatment, the flight is magnificent and there are not so many people in the basket, so you can move and take pictures during the overhead... excellent pilot, very good landing...breakfast was a cup of tea and some kind of warm quesadillas. Total time from hotel pick up to arrival back almost 4 hours and a half.... thank you very much, super recommended.

I want to comment that the experience is great and for those who want to take it, I highly recommend it. It is important to understand that there are 4 valleys in Cappadocia and that this tour is on the green valley, not on the rocky areas known as red valley. The view is also great and you enjoy seeing the mountains still covered with snow.

It is important that the actual balloon ride time is mentioned rather than 3 hours which includes pickup and drop time. The actual baloon ride was only 45 minutes. The route of the balloon was also not really scenic and as a photograoher that was important to me. Some sort of a caveat should be made when a person is making a booking as to the kind of terrain the balloon will take. During breakfast I asked for a bottle of water and was asked to pay for it separately. A flat piece of bread and black tea is hardly breakfast but that was not the main intention of the trip so can be ovelooked. We were asked if we wanted to buy the recording of the ride but the file that was shared by WeTransfer was valid only for a day and hence I do not have any record of the trip. WeTransfer offers a 3 day download window for 3 days so why restrict it to 1 day ?

the hot air balloon ride deserves, unfortunately the announcement at the time of booking said pickup at the hotel at 4:30 am, at 11:30 pm in the evening when I was already asleep the pickup message arrived at 3:40 am, you have to have information in advance, also breakfast was not served. the hot air balloon ride experience to do.

Good morning, the breakfast was never given, personally I had another expectation regarding the flight.... It was very peaceful. I was expecting some adrenaline that did not happen and the truth was super cold that day.

It was an incredible experience, unforgettable. The attention of the staff was very warm, punctual and corresponds to the description of what they offered. It was spectacular to spend my birthday watching the sunrise with beautiful views from a balloon.

Our horse tour in Cappadocia was great! Our guide Raşit was very interested and experienced. We had an experience full of nature, scenery and peace. I highly recommend it.

Our tour guide, Furqan, was very nice and the tour was well organized, but the description is very misleading. Apparently there is no trekking in this tour at the moment since the restaurants and cafes in Ihlara Valley have been shut down by the government. The trek is replaced by a couple of shopping stops and a 15 minute optional walk. My friends and I really wished we were informed earlier since we weren't interested in some of the stops. If you're in it for the trekking and looking for a break from the shopping tours, this ain't the one!

Said is one of the coolest mofos I've ever met anywhere in our travels. I know it's a lot of work and effort for guides to keep interest and entertain groups on any given day, but this guy college trained historian with a passion for history and humor will light up your day! With any such all day trip, you get out what you put in. If you want a stoic boring journey, go for it...if you want an awesome fun adventure, go for it hard with lots of jokes, sarcasm, and quirks. The guides will love it. The more involved you are, the funner it is for everyone! Thank you Mustafa Said!!

The guide was decent and the group was small. But we did not get enough time at the spots and everything felt very rushed. The lunch was not at all good. Overall, wouldn't recommend this.
